400 Meter Run
Deadlift (225#)-----12
Box Jumps (24#)---21
then....
Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Front Squat
(work up to a heavy set)
RESULT:
Metcon: 9:02. Pushed pretty hard. Wish runs had been faster. All DL and BJ unbroken.
Complex: 135, 205, 225, 245, 265. Stopped after 265. Maybe could have gotten 275, but 265 definitely qualified as a "heavy set". Pretty happy with this considering dropping under heavy loads on squat cleans has been an issue.
