RESULT: 17:12. All pullups unbroken. Squats and GHDs broke frequently in last 2 sets. Brad got me by 6 seconds. Glad he was there, because I pushed harder than I would have otherwise. 9/10 headache immediately following workout. Normal for me with GHD workouts. Not sure why.
