Snatch (135#)
then.....
2 min max Double Unders
then....
2 min max Muscle Ups
RESULT:
Isabel: 2:59. First time to do this. Should be much closer to Grace time (1:47). Did first 10 unbroken. Got ugly after that. Still not efficient in getting quickly under the bar. using way too much shoulder strength to lift the bar instead of dropping under it. Definitely can do much better.
Double Unders: 208. Went unbroken for entire 2 min. Also a PR on unbroken du.
Muscle ups: 17. Did 12, 2, 2, 1. Shoulders were spent from isabel and double unders.
