RESULT:
DL - 335, 355, 375, 395, 405. PR as far as I remember. Maybe could have gotten 410 or 415, but not much more.
Metcon - 17:30-ish. Hamstrings and lower back fried from DL. Pushed to 85 or 90% effort.
