April 25, 2013 (weighted pullups & dips)

Workout at Home 
(1:00 p.m)

6 Rounds for time of:
Pullups (40# vest)----5
Bar Dips (40# vest)--5

RESULT: 8:49. Did first 4 sets with underhand grip. Overhand for last 2. Pullups got hard. Broke into singles last few reps. Dips weren't bad. Kind of a rest day today.
