April 18, 2013 (DL, BJmps, GHD)

Workout at Home

5 rounds for time of:
 
Deadlift (315#)--------5
Box Jumps (38")------10
GHD Situps-----------15

RESULT:
Finished in 14:41. Deadlifts were easier than I expected. Box Jumps were high but not too bad. Broke up most sets of GHD Situps. Got a 9.5/10 headache immediately following workout. Normal for high rep GHDs. Something about being inverted I think. Rugby practice later.
